It is the vision of Leamington Lions Girls FC to:

•          Set realistic expectations for players and meet those expectations

•          Provide equal opportunities for all abilities

•          Have a standard approach to training across the age groups

•          Develop the skills of each individual player

•          Encourage parents to ask their children whether they enjoyed the game before asking them the match result. The opportunity to learn and put training into practice, and having fun are more important than the result.

•          Have a philosophy of learning through enjoyment and exercise

•          Develop both a team and an inter-team spirit

•          Impose player's limits on squads to ensure they do not become too big.  Places will be allocated on a 'first come, first served' basis, rather than through trials

•          Provide an environment where there is no fear of failure and where practicing and listening are encouraged to improve performance

•          Recognise achievement, both great and small and encourage teams to share in the achievements and success of fellow players
